The bdr file is basically a body of an e-mail non-delivery report (NDR). This file object contains data regarding, why an e-mail was not delivered successfully. It includes the message recipients, information about message sender and the corresponding error code.

bdr files are stored in the Badmail folder together with the bad and bdp extension objects.
